What are your labels made from?

We only use premium quality waterproof, weather resistant vinyl. The vinyl has a high grade solvent based adhesive that allows for semi permanent adhesion. The labels are removable & but not reuseable.

Are your labels washable?

We recommended that you wash your labels with warm soapy water to ensure longevity. Please take care not to soak or scrub the designs.

Are your labels microwaveable?

Vinyl labels must not be heated in the microwave.

What will the labels adhere to?

Our labels will adhere to most smooth surfaces. Glass, plastic, wood, mirror & tiles are perfect for labels. Rougher surfaces can be harder for the labels to adhere to. Labels will not adhere to silicone based surfaces.

How long will my labels last?

Our labels will last for approximately 5 years if cared for as directed. Normal wear & tear will occur.

When ordering labels what is considered one label?

We consider a label the words you are going to adhere to one container. For example, Brown Sugar would be one label not two.

Do you make custom labels?

Yes. Most of our labels are customisable. You enter the words you require in the ‘Words’ field & we will create them for you.

Some items are pre-designed pack which include specific words. This will be stated in the listing.

What size are the labels?

Our labels come in various sizes. Please check the listing for sizing.

I want to make sure my labels match?

Our labels come in various sizes & fonts. Please check the listing for these options. If you have placed an order with us previously, please add a note at checkout to ask us to match your order.

I am having difficulty applying my labels?

Please read out instruction sheet carefully. Applying labels is a time consuming task & can be quite tricky. If you are experiencing difficulty please see our ‘how to apply video’.

Some surfaces are tricker than others to apply to. If you require assistance please email us as info@lovelylabelco.com.au

Do you do custom orders?

We love custom orders. If an item you are after is not listed on our website, please message us using our contact us form. We will be happy to create a design that is perfect for you. During peak periods, custom orders may be restricted. Please check out Home Page or Facebook Page for updates regarding this. 

What if I have made a mistake with my order?

Our aim is to create your order as quickly as possible. Due to this we can not accept changes once you order has been placed. Please take the time to make sure that you place your order carefully.

When will my order be shipped?

All of our items are handmade to order. We design, cut, weed & prepare your once your order has been paid for. Due to the personalised nature of this process all orders take approximately 2 weeks to complete before shipping. Times may vary during peak periods. Please see our Home Page or Facebook Page for updates regarding this. 

Rush orders are possible, you will find a listing for this on our site. These orders are completed within 2-3 business days & then shipped via express post. To use this option please select Rush Order as you postage option at check out.

How long does shipping take?

Our orders are shipped via Australia Post & are subject to their shipping times.

Standard Post is usually between 6 – 10 business days.

Express Post is usually overnight delivery.

During peak periods this time frame may be longer.

We can not be held responsible for delays caused by Australia Post as this is beyond our control. 

How do I pay for my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can make payment through AfterPay or PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still make a payment using PayPal’s secure credit card payments. All orders are processed once payment has been cleared.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows you to buy now & pay later. It is similar to a layby only you receive your item straight away & make fortnightly payments later.

Do you have a minimum spend for Afterpay?

Yes. The minimum spend amount in order to use Afterpay is $20.00

Payment options available include Afterpay, Paypal, MasterCard, Visa and Apple Pay.

Refunds & Returns

Please choose carefully as we don’t not offer exchanges. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please email us at info@lovelylabelco.com.au or use our contact us page. We will arrange a replacement for you.
